BEST Preschool is the newest top level British curriculum kindergarten in the north of Bucharest, neighbouring Stejarii Residential Club, providing a unique range of custom programmes for children aged from 18 months to 6 years old, based on three main pillars: The British curriculum, sports related activities for early years and forest experiences.

We are seeking to develop our team with a native English teacher who:
  • has relevant experience of teaching in Early Years and  KSand KS1 
  • is an inclusive and inspiring teacher with a strong record of improving rates of progress
  • is ambitious and energetic and can ensure high quality provision
  • has excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that motivate children
  • is a committed, adaptable team player with excellent communication and organisational skills 
  • will be accountable for raising standards and securing high quality provision within their class

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
  • To be a leading practitioner, modelling effective methodology and practice to inspire Early Years team members. To lead, manage and evaluate the delivery of high qualityhigh-quality teaching and learning in the Early Years
  • To translate the vision into best practice through innovative planning and teaching that provides high quality learning
  • Experience of current UK initiatives and developments in safeguarding, child protection and welfare
  • To hold accountability for standards achieved across Early Years
  • The ability to provide a sense of community, inclusion as well as safety and security on the preschool site
  • Experience of working with EAL students is essential
