BEST Preschool is the newest top level British curriculum kindergarten in the north of Bucharest, neighbouring Stejarii Residential Club, providing a unique range of custom programmes for children aged from 18 months to 6 years old, based on three main pillars: The British curriculum, sports related activities for early years and forest experiences.
We are seeking to develop our team with a native English teacher who:
has relevant experience of teaching in Early Years and KSand KS1
is an inclusive and inspiring teacher with a strong record of improving rates of progress
is ambitious and energetic and can ensure high quality provision
has excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that motivate children
is a committed, adaptable team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
will be accountable for raising standards and securing high quality provision within their class

To translate the vision into best practice through innovative planning and teaching that provides high quality learning
Experience of current UK initiatives and developments in safeguarding, child protection and welfare
To hold accountability for standards achieved across Early Years
The ability to provide a sense of community, inclusion as well as safety and security on the preschool site
Experience of working with EAL students is essential
