Ms. Anca is Director of BEST Preschool, with over 11 years of experience in managing teams.
She has a Bachelor Degree in Law and in Psychology, and attended numerous personal skills development programs.
Ms Anca is an open person, passionate about building relationships, fair and consistent, organized and an excellent listener. Eager to highlight her accumulated experience and to contribute to the development of this preschool together with the entire team.

Office Manager
Miss Corina is a creative and very organized person, passionate about working around children. She has more than 10 years’ experience in Office Management activities.
She is licensed in English Journalism and Communication, she is an authorized translator for English. Ms. Corina graduated the National High School foreign languages section English-French.

Educational Manager (Deputy Director) & Year 1 teacher
Miss Elena is a creative and dedicated person who is also passionate about teaching. She thinks each child is unique, not only capable of learning, but also capable of succeeding.
She holds a Bachelor Degree in English and Romanian, she has 10 years’ experience as a teacher of English in Romania and her last 9 years she has spent them in UK teaching children between 18 months and 12 years old.
She is very excited to join Best Preschool and she can’t wait to share her experiences and knowledge with our team.
Miss SILVIA
Miss Silvia has a Bachelor Degree in Science of Education and worked in different volunteer programmes such as After School programs, that involved helping the children gain educational skills and improve their personal, social and emotional skills.
Miss Silvia has been working in British curriculum for over 5 years and she is very passionate about working with preschool children. She puts a lot of thoughts into her work and she believes that the safety and the wellbeing of the children are the main priority.
Miss ALEXANDRA
Miss Alexa discovered her passion to work with children 5 years ago, when she was living in Spain. It was there where she started her TEFL formation and felt that her life had changed completely. Being passionate about English language her whole life, it felt so natural to work in this field.

Miss Alex is a passionate, kind and caring teacher with over 11 years of experience in international kindergartens.
She has a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and a Master Degree in Education and School Counselling.
Ms. Alex is an empathetic teacher that fosters an environment for big feelings to be expressed, assuring the little ones that they are seen and heard.
Miss TASHA
Miss Tasha is a native English speaker from Malta where she developed a passion for being active and the outdoor environment. She has a MA in Early Years Education and is currently pursuing an MSc in Education for Sustainable Development. Ms. Tasha began her teaching career as an EAL instructor, gained experience in Montessori and the Reggio Emilia approaches and has worked with the EYFS curriculum in South Korea, Vietnam, Austria and Romania. She is eager to gain more experience in Forest School education and looks forward to teaching Year 1 this year at BEST Preschool.
Miss IRINA
Miss Irina is a very hardworking person with more than 15 years of international teaching experience for preschoolers. Her main objective is to be surrounded by safe, happy, independent, sociable and eager to learn children. She strongly believes that each child is a unique personality who needs teacher’s help to grow up and blossom at their best.
Miss MARIANA
Miss Mariana is a teacher for 33 years, the last 6 years as a science teacher and as a teacher in preschool education, in the UK. She holds a diploma in chemistry and also school and preschool education.
There is an old saying: “Prepare the child for the road, not the road for the child”. Imagine children with the ability to express themselves in several ways. Now, multiply by 100! Infinite ways in which children explore, connect their thoughts, feelings and imagination. I believe in the potential of a child to explore and learn through “doing by playing” and I use my passion, experience and enthusiasm to motivate, guide and support children. I feel very lucky to work with a team of professionals, with wonderful children in a wonderful place.
Miss IRINA
Miss Ina (Irina) is the sports activities coordinator at BEST Preschool. She practiced performance gymnastics, being part of the National Junior Team of Romania.
She loves children and has been working with them for over 10 years, being a gymnastics coach and teacher. She graduated the Pedagogical High School, and the Faculty of Kinesiology within the University of Physical Education and Sports. She also graduated the School of coaches – specialization gymnastics, and has a Master’s Degree in Learning, Innovation and Coaching in Education.
She believes that every child is a champion and her role is to guide them to find their place where they can be the best version of themselves.
Miss Maddie
Miss Maddie is a highly skilled and certified educator with more than 10 years of leadership and education experience, spanning the UK and Romania.
She has a deep passion for nurturing and educating young children and finds joy in the daily interactions and learning experiences with them. In the UK, she achieved her Level 3 Early Years Teacher diploma and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
Miss Iunona
Miss Iunona is passionate about personal development and helping others grow from the inside out. On her journey of profound self-discovery and wholeness, she felt a strong calling to work with children. Since 2021, she has volunteered in various cultural and educational projects on children’s growth. She has also acted in a children’s theatre and gained valuable experience in a kindergarten setting. These experiences have inspired her to become the best teacher for young children, so she chose BEST Preschool for her teaching career. Iunona loves singing and dancing, and she is a tender, playful, and loving person dedicated to the well-being of the children she works with.
Miss Alina
Since 2014, she has been a dedicated educator, initially teaching English to children aged 6 to 14 and then transitioning to the British curriculum in international schools six years ago. In addition to her degree in Education, she also possesses expertise in arts-theatre and Economics.
As an experienced teacher, she adeptly identifies and addresses students’ needs to ensure their complete understanding. She is resolute in creating a secure and inclusive learning atmosphere and committed to guiding the students towards their full potential while making the learning journey enjoyable. She holds a firm belief in the power of education!
Miss Lucia
Miss Lucia is all about helping kids grow—both in the classroom and in life. As a teacher at BEST Preschool and a trauma-specialized psychotherapist, Miss Lucia knows that education is more than just books and grades. It is also about understanding each child’s unique emotional world and helping them feel safe, understood, and confident.
With a background in psychology and a Master’s Degree specialized in Trauma and a focus on the emotional development, Miss Lucia creates a learning space where kids can truly be themselves. She believes that when children feel emotionally supported, they are more open to learning and exploring the world around them. Whether it is guiding them through their daily routine or helping them navigate tough feelings, Miss Lucia is there every step of the way.
Miss Roxana
Miss Roxana is a cheerful, energetic, child-loving, playful, rational, and dreamy person in a continuous process of learning, transformation, and personal growth.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in social work, family and child education, and nursery school experience with the Reggio Emilia approach, the Montessori method, and the Forest School.
She has been working with hundreds of children giving them multiple learning experiences through role-playing.

Miss Liana is a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication Studies and the Faculty of Theatre, Acting Department, in Bucharest. With a vibrant and creative personality, she is passionate about working with children, who inspire her daily with their energy and curiosity.
She has experience teaching Theatre and Personal Development courses in schools and kindergartens, using acting techniques to enhance communication, emotional intelligence, and creative thinking. These skills not only improve academic performance but also foster better social interactions. She has developed adaptability, focus, and resilience through her past activities.
